Team of "Vakhnina and Partners" attended APAA 2022 in South Korea, the Conference took place in Busan on October 15-18th , 2022.

Many interesting topics were covered during the Conference: Protection of Fashion Designs, Trademark issues on Social Media, Strategies and best practices to protect crypto assets, IP protection in the Metaverse, etc.

About APAA 2022: Amendment of patent applications is a crucial procedure for granting an effective patent to the applicant and continues to be an interesting topic of practice for IP professionals. We intend to conduct a comprehensive and informative survey of the limitations and requirements on amendments to patent applications in the recognized groups of APAA.
