Triumph in court: our lawyers ensured the protection of the client's rights

Our patent attorneys recently won a significant victory in the Intellectual Property Court.

On March 17, 2024, acting on behalf of our client we initiated a lawsuit for the early termination of legal protection of the Perfect Line trademark due to its non-use. On October 24, 2024, the Intellectual Property Rights Court ruled in favor of our client.

The Court recognized our arguments, considered the case on its merits and decided to terminate the legal protection of the disputed trademark ahead of schedule.
